Important! Service Area Restriction
Our in-person pickup and drop-off services are available only in Northwest Arkansas, including the following cities: Bella Vista, Bentonville, Cave Springs, Centerton, Decatur, Gentry, Gravette, Hiwasse, Little Flock, Lowell, Pea Ridge, Rogers, and Sulphur Springs.
Please do NOT place an order for this deposit if you do not live in one of the cities above as we cannot fulfill photo digitization orders beyond our local service area. Contact us if you have questions about whether you fall within our service area or not.
How the Photo Digitization Process Works:
After Payment: You will receive a brief email questionnaire to gather details about your digitization order, ensuring we ship the correct amount of supplies to prepare your photos and other items for digitization.
Supply Shipment: We'll promptly ship photo boxes, poly bags, and detailed instructions to your home.
Next Steps: Once your photo box is sorted, you can schedule a convenient pickup. Your photos will then be professionally digitized at high resolution (600 DPI), retouched if requested, and organized digitally.
Final Billing: We will send the final invoice, and once payment is received, we will send you your scanned digital files and hand-deliver your photos back to you.
Deposit Policy
This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before supplies are shipped.
Once shipping is initiated, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover supply and shipping costs, but it is still credited in full to your order total.
